Wide World of Eventing – VIDEO Break

Today’s stop Germany to the watch highlights from the CIC1* and CIC2* at the 2015 Radolfzell Event in April.
Watch some of Germany’s top riders competing here, including Sandra Auffarth, Michael Jung, Dirk Schrade, Kai Steffen Meier and his wife from Belgium Lara De Liedekerke – Meier.

Thank you to 4Eventing for allowing us to travel across the globe and watch Eventing in Germany.

Placing highlights:
Sandra won the CIC2* on her 2014 WEG individual and team gold medal winning horse Opgun Louvo and she placed 5th on her newest ride Ispo. Ispo was previously ridden by Germany’s late Ben Winter.

Michael placed 2nd at the CIC2* star riding his 11-year-old gelding Halunke FBW. In the CIC1*, Michael had two rides, winning the class on the gelding, Lennox 364 a 7-year-old Hannoverian owned by Jung family and Erich Single and placing 5th on another gelding, FischerIncantas a 6-year-old Holsteiner owned by the Jung family and Sabine Fischer.

If you do not understand German, you might want to turn down the volume. Regardless, good riding is good riding and you don’t need to hear the commentary as there are captions identifying each rider. Enjoy!
